Our production facilities
Each of our more than 200 employees has at least 10 years' experience in textiles manufacture. At our 30,000-square-meter factory we can produce three to four million meters of fabric each month. We've sourced Toyota knitting machinery from Japan, Karl Mayer warp-knitting machinery from Germany, Benninger textile finishing machinery from Switzerland, Asia Kingdom high-temperature and pressure dyeing machinery from Taiwan, Carù fluff-grinding machinery from Italy, and curling and dyeing machinery from Korea. All this advanced machinery allows us to manufacture extremely efficiently, especially because our production procedures are effortlessly coordinated through a comprehensive management and quality system.
